I had to take care of every detail, like the booth purchase, uniforms, badges, invitations for our clients, hiring the models, promotional gifts, posters, flyers, corporate cards, shipping the merchandise, events procedures, passports, logistics, trips, etc.
At the beginning of the year, I made a calendar where I could plan every step to accomplish my goals without missing deadlines. Every month we had a manager's meeting where we checked our work and the budget spent. I was able to negotiate with every department to get more support for venues. Meanwhile, I searched for different suppliers until I could find the best option for our budget, made the negotiation, and signed the contract.
